PIRELLI’S PRESENT FOR BIRTHDAY BOY

A rally mad Cumbrian youngster will have the birthday of a lifetime next weekend when he gets a close up view of his heroes when the Pirelli International Rally scorches into action with all the thrills and excitement that the high powered cars and their intrepid drivers generate.

 Young Jonathan Britton from Kirkbampton is crazy about rallying, his bedroom wall is plastered with posters and photographs of his favourites, especially Cockermouths Matt Wilson and Mum Julie thought it might be a good idea to try and obtain him some posters and stickers from the area’s biggest motorsport event. Her e-mail landed in the office of the Pirelli International Rally’s Media Manager, Ed Graham, who, upon discovering it was Jonathan’s 11^th birthday, decided a special treat was required so the young man and his pals will be the rally’s guests at the fabulous new P-Zero Special Stage where not only will they be able to see the cars whizzing by but will get the opportunity to try out the unique Pirelli Rally Car Simulator and to see the host of attractions lined up for the Pirelli Rally Show which include a giant funfair, stunt motorcyclists and the amazing “Utterly Butterly” aerobatic display team.
